We lost a home we were very interested in due to the agent we were assigned to dragging her feet. She first said there was no rush as the house has been on the market awhile, then she couldn't reach the selling agent to currently ghosting us because the house is NOW under contract. We were ready to pay cash (which she doesnt know because she never took the time to ask) and could still put in an offer and no communication from ANYONE. So frustrating and disappointing. A simple email, text or call even to let us know they weren't taking new clients would have been understandable and perfectly acceptable, but this is just bad business.
